This is what our easy runs are looking like with coach @andrewshivery, as we get ready for the 2027 @themiamimarathon!

Our schedule is:
• easy runs on mondays - 6:30 pm at Authen Run House
• track + speed on wednesdays - 5:30 am at Moore Park
• long runs on saturdays - 5:30 am at the underline, vizcaya station
