Sometimes I get so busy pouring into everyone else that I forget to pour into myself.

Today wasn’t about chasing perfection. It wasn’t about a full face of makeup or having somewhere fancy to go.

It was about pressing reset.

Washing my hair.
Plucking my eyebrows.
Doing my makeup.
Slowing down long enough to remember that I deserve the same care I give everyone else.

As a makeup artist, people often think beauty starts with the products.

For me, it starts with the decision to show up for myself.

This is the beginning of something new. More real conversations. More simple beauty. More confidence. Less pressure to have it all together.
