No phony baloney here! This chub is the real deal! #Bologna #SmokedBologna 🌭🌭🌭
.
Smoked Bologna Chub
.
1 Bologna Chub
2 Tbsp @authenticstadiummustard
2-3 Tbsp BBQ Rub
1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce Or Glaze of Choice
.
Set smoker to 275 degrees. Remove Bologna from plastic, remove any casing, and pat it dry. Slice lengthwise every inch, about 1/2 inch deep, then repeat this step widthwise, rub with Stadium Mustard, and add seasoning. Place on the smoker for 2 hours, glaze if you’d like, then cook for additional 20 minutes to allow sauce to thicken up. Let rest or slice hot! Enjoy!

#ThrowbackThursday

When The Drew Carey Show debuted in 1995, Stadium Mustard founder David Dwoskin celebrated the moment by sending Drew a full case of Cleveland’s favorite mustard. Drew wrote back calling it “the greatest mustard in the world” and made sure the whole cast and crew could enjoy it.

A perfect pairing for a show that proudly reminded everyone each week that Cleveland Rocks! 🎶 🎉 👊

Giving potatoes a break and beating up pierogis today! Not sure if these are more related to pizza or potato skins!? Let me know! #Pierogi #PersonalPizza 🍕🥔🔥
.
Pull Apart Pierogi Pizza
.
1 Tbsp Oil or Butter
5-6 Pierogis (use what you like, I used 4 cheese)
1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp @authenticstadiummustard
1/4 Cup Caramelized Onions
1/3 Cup Shredded Cheddar
2 Piece Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
.
Steam / Thaw / or Microwave Pierogis until heated through. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Oil a small skillet (use a larger skillet for a bugger batch), then add pierogis with the flat side touching the skillet, smash them and fill in any cracks with the potato filling that pops out. Now spread out the mustard, add onions, cheese, and bacon. Cook for 15 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes, remove from the pan or even serve out of the skillet. Enjoy!

Here are a bunch of tips for staying warm this weekend! #Hotdogs #BurntEnds 🌭❄️🌭
.
Hotdog Burnt Ends
.
12-16 Hotdogs
1/3 Cup Stadium Mustard, Divided
1 Tbsp. Your Favorite rub
1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp. Butter
.
Cover hotdogs with 2 Tbsp Stadium Mustard & BBQ rub. Place on smoker for 1 hour at 225 degrees. Remove, slice each hotdog into 4 pieces, cover with bbq sauce, remaining mustard, brown sugar, and butter. Raise smoker to 350 degrees and cook for an additional 30 minutes for a thin sauce or 1 hour for a thicker, caramelized sauce (I recommend the hour!) Keep these warm in a slow cooker if traveling! Enjoy!
