HAPPY COTBB RELEASE DAY! 🥹

I can’t believe that one and a half years ago I published the book that quite literally changed my life — and now, I’ve published the sequel to it.

That is absolutely insane?!?!

I've met so many amazing people along this journey; so many eager readers, so many new friends. I’m so thankful to everyone who picked up TEOES & loved it — I’m so so thankful to my best friends (zynab, fatima, sam, ayesha, aaima 😘), my family (love you mama papa zaynab), and everyone else for their endless support. I couldn’t have done it without you guys.

And of course, I’m very grateful to the people behind the scenes — my publisher, @series.of.words1, and my lovely beta-readers who helped sharpen the puzzling story Curse of the Betrayed Blood contains. 💚

I hope it makes you laugh, cry, love, and hate at the same time :)

I’M A THREE TIME AUTHOR HELL YEAH 😱

i was so shocked when i saw this count 🤯 a productive month of writing indeed

the death cure was absolutely devastating. i listened to ouabh’s audiobook (yes that counts as indulging in reading for me) & it was quite different from what i expected, but i liked it. rereading the s&b trilogy right now and i hate the darkling even more.

ah! look at me finally give the mcu a go. i love black panther and i love captain marvel and i don’t like steve rogers thank you goodbye

i miss shadow and bone and i so wish we’d gotten that soc spinoff. the 100 fell off but it’s okay because it’s amazing. i still haven’t watched past ep 3 of obx5 so i feel like a larp now
