Reintroducing myself, largely because this beautiful artwork by @palesile deserves a permanent place on the grid!

But also, some more of you have found me recently, and I’m so glad you’re here! I wanted to share a little bit about me, what I’m writing, and why I’m writing.

If you’ve found me, leave me a comment with a book that changed your life! Any genre—just one that made a mark on your soul. ❤️📚

YOUR FIRST OFFICIAL GLIMPSE INTO MY DEBUT NOVEL!! 👀

Important question—where are you contacting a real estate agent and putting down roots? I need to know.

Raise your hand if you have been personally victimized by @ravenkennedybooks 🙋‍♀️

If you haven’t read The Sweetest Fiend, please call into work, drop whatever you’re reading, and start. This is not a drill.

I wrote a 95k word Romantasy novel in 25 days.

I never thought I’d be able to make this claim, which is why I’m sharing what worked for me.

I will also be completely honest and tell you that my novel isn’t perfect—it is in the editing process right now! But I’m so grateful to have gotten out a solid first draft so that I have something to work with.

My fellow writers, which of these habits might work for you? What else would you add to your list?

Sometimes it’s about a ✨feeling✨ more than it’s about the plot or tropes!

Your turn! Leave a comment convincing me to read one of your favorite books without telling me anything about the plot! My TBR thrives on chaos 😂

These are the things that make me stop and furrow my brow when I’m reading because I KNOW SH*T IS ABOUT TO GO DOWN! 🚩🚩🚩

What tips you off in a book that something MAJOR is about to happen? 👀

September was filled with so many delicious reads!

Here were my highlights:
✨ I finished my ACOTAR reread in prep for book 6 with the ACOSF audio.
✨ Soulgazer was so beautifully written and unique!
✨ The Sweetest Fiend is my top book of the year so far. I’ve always loved @ravenkennedybooks but this one is something special! Absolutely drop everything else you’re reading and put it at the top of your TBR!

Have you read any of these books yet?
And SOS—what should I read next?! 👀
