She spent ten years with a man who made love feel like a prison.

Now she's standing in a heated pool, surrounded by luxury, with a 6'5" possessive scientist who has absolutely no intention of letting her go. 🥵

The problem? Dr. Nyla James has no idea just how far Demetrius “Meech” Fredericks has already gone to protect her.

And baby, she's about to find out. 👀

It’s officially B.R.A.E. season again! 🖤📚
I’m excited to be participating for my second year in the Black Readers Appreciation Event again this year, November 4th–8th!

I genuinely love what B.R.A.E. represents—celebrating Black readers, authors, narrators, and the stories that bring us together. As an author, having an event specifically centered around giving back to the readers who continue to show up for our stories will always have a special place with me. 🖤

And yes… Author Lala B. will have FREE ebooks available again this year. 👀
Which ones?
Mind your business. 😂 Y’all can start guessing though.
