Edgewood Elite rule this town, but that doesn’t mean they can rule me.
_________
After my dad goes missing, my family falls apart. News of an inheritance from a long-lost relative gives us the restart we need. At least, that’s what I think until we get there.
Edgewood Academy is ruled by the town’s four heirs.
Wes, broody and stuck up, wants me run out of town. He never misses an opportunity to tell me he thinks I’m trash and don’t belong.
Wyatt, the jokester who wants to possess me, doesn’t take no for an answer. From day one, he told me I would be theirs. He looks at me like he wants to fuse our souls.
Lev, silent but edgy, his calculating indifference runs hot and cold on the best of days. I don’t know if he wants to own me or destroy me.
Owen, dark and depraved, I don’t know what happened in his past, but his darkness seeks out my darkness.
Whatever the heirs have in store for me pales to the real reason I was brought here. A deal made long ago locked me into a deadly game.
Will I survive this Twisted Selection?

Distorted Obsession

Print Cover and 2027 Special Edition Cover

I’ll stop simping over this book, yapping about this book, and feeling about this book when I’m dead and gone..maybe.

A beautifully tragic journey of loss, rage, guilt, revenge, depression, morality deconstructed, and the way self-harm can have many faces.
It’s about social dynamics, family expectations, legacy, colorism hierarchy, and looking and playing your part.

Proceeds from sales for Distorted Obsession will be donated for suicide awareness prevention month. (You can find the link 🔗 over at @authorphnix )

Distorted Obsession is book one in the trilogy.
-why choose
-emotional damage
-trauma and grief
-college setting
-revenge
-darker shades of romance

What do you do when your world is irrevocably changed—spun so far off its axis that any hope of returning to normalcy died with someone you love?

You burn the world to the ground, starting with the person responsible.

You force the hands of fate, putting your prey in your direct line of sight.

Then you play, teasing and taunting before you pounce.

But what happens when the lines of obsessions and vengeance become distorted? Do we set her free, or do we break her?

Distorted Obsession is an 18+ dark bully polyamorous college romance. Meaning the main character will end up with more than one love interest.

This book includes profanity, bullying, enemies to lovers, serial unaliving, mental health rep, obsessive, and possessive themes.
