🇵🇷 BORICUA DE CORAZÓN. NEW YORK RAISED. BUILT DIFFERENT. 🖤💙

Before Pennsylvania, before Ink by Becca, and before Silas Winters ever laid eyes on her, there was Rebecca Valentine.

A Puerto Rican girl raised in the concrete jungle of NYC, where the streets taught her to stand her ground, family meant everything, and giving up was never an option.

She's got Puerto Rican blood running through her veins, New York attitude in her DNA, and enough fire in her soul to make even the devil think twice. 🔥

She loves hard, protects harder, and carries the weight of everyone she loves, even when nobody notices how heavy it's getting.

She's not just the tattooed FMC in a dark romance.

She's Rebecca fucking Valentine. And don't you EVER forget where she comes from. 🇵🇷💋

Y'all, I swear being an indie author is a whole reality TV show sometimes. 😭🤣

Imagine someone reading your book, giving it 5 stars, and then after some group chat drama, that same review magically becomes 4 stars. LMAOOOOO 💀

Now listen, a 4-star review is STILL a good review, and I'm grateful for every honest opinion about my work. But baby, THE TIMING?! 😭🤣

I'm over here trying to figure out which chapter changed between the original review and the new one because I KNOW I didn't upload a new manuscript! 😂😂

Some days, all you can do is laugh, shake your head, and get back to writing. 📚💕

🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

If you've seen me quit writing 37 times and then pop back up promoting my book like nothing happened… mind your business. I'm going through character development. 🤡🤣

One minute I'm retiring, the next I'm writing another chapter like I didn't just give my two weeks' notice to MYSELF. 😭

And to the lovely people who dislike my book SO MUCH that they take time out of their day to DM me personally to let me know… thank you for your dedication to customer service. I didn't realize my book came with a complaint department. 💀🤣

Anyway, I'm still here, still writing, still laughing, and apparently still employed by my imaginary characters.

📚 The Dark Stranger is available on:
🖤 Amazon
🖤 Barnes & Noble
🖤 Books-A-Million (BAM)
🖤 Walmart

Come see what all the fuss is about! Whether you love it or hate it, apparently we're all talking about it. 😘🤣

How I feel when someone not only dislikes my book but also takes the time to DM me personally to tell me. 🤡😂

Meanwhile, I'm just over here enjoying life, writing my next book, and accepting that my stories aren't going to be everyone's cup of tea. 🤣💅🏽

You can't please everyone, and that's perfectly okay! I'm still proud of what I created. 🥰📚💕

But hey, don't take anyone's word for it! Grab yourself a copy and see which side of the fence you land on. Either way, I appreciate the support! 🤭📚🛒💕

They warned him that hunting monsters would eventually turn him into one.

What they didn't understand was that Silas Winters had already made peace with the darkness.

To the public, he's the respected CEO of Dawn House, giving survivors a chance to rebuild their lives.

But behind closed doors, he's the man responsible for making their tormentors disappear.

And when Becca Valentine becomes a target, those monsters are about to learn exactly why some men are better left alone. 🖤🥀

🔥 Meet Silas Winters in The Dark Stranger.

📖 Available on Amazon & Kindle Unlimited!

🧠 Silas: “Becs. Look at me.”

🫀 Becca: “I can't just turn off how I feel, Sy.”

🖤 Silas: “I'm not asking you to stop feeling. I'm telling you to stop feeling sorry for the people who fucking hurt you.”

🫀 Becca: “And what am I supposed to do? Hurt them back?”

🖤 Silas: “I want you to remember every fucking thing they did to you. Stop making excuses for them. Stop protecting them. They knew exactly what they were doing.”

🫀 Becca: “And if I can't?”

🖤 Silas: “Then I'll show you how, Becs. But they're going to answer for what they did to you. Every fucking one of them.”

🥀 He didn't come into her life to teach her forgiveness. He came to teach her that even monsters have something to fear.
