POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Happy release day to @rachelfitzjames

Wrenching Hearts is out today and if you love a book where the FMC is the mechanic and the MMC is a math professor, then this book is for you.

Rachel and I have been friends for a long time now and watching her release Spruce Hill books has been amazing. So glad to have been a part of her story. Anyway, book 9 is out now and you don’t want to miss it!

Has the trend disappeared? Yes

Did I fall sick and become unable to think about anything to post? Also yes.

Do I want to keep my posting streak? You bet your ass I do. So that’s what we’re doing.

Meet me in 5 but it’s all about the business. I love my elements, love the genres I’m working on and love my aspirations. This business has afforded me the opportunity to do a lot and I want to do more. Can’t wait to continue to learn and grow and see where I can go from here.

This was much harder than I thought it was going to be but at the same time so much more fulfilling to be the creator and the createe. I had to sign off on this graphics while also telling myself there was something missing.

Hashtag stressed 🤣

My many threads would tell you I’ve been craving working on a vampire romance in white and red and last week, I was able to make my dreams come true. This Saturday, I decided at the nudging of a follower to test the theory out and the level of positive hormones it filled me with was second to an author signing off with no edits.

From the color palette to the elements to the typography choice I was playing maker and it felt good.

Which feed is your favorite? I’d love to know in the comments 👀

Design with Sia episode 2

Just like the last one, this was so much fun to make. I started off by coming up with a title, the cover (slight edits to a Canva template) and then turning it to an ebook and paperback using Affinity.

All the elements were already sourced in a whiteboard which made the process very easy. Trust me if I hadn’t done that I would have spent so much time clicking through elements and downloads and uploads.

I love how this turned out and if there’s any author who’d like to have this branding for themselves, you can reach out and we would work something out.

Design an Instagram feed with me for authors Ep 1

Welcome to the design with me series where I pick a genre and design 9 posts.
Today I designed 9 posts for a romance author writing a vampire romance novel titled WE WERE ONCE HUMANS

It has a white and red color palette set in a university and I really had so much fun creating these posts. I’m going to sound like a broken record but these were so much fun to make and I’m hoping to get recommendations for genres to try out next time so if you’re interested, comment and I’ll get to it in the next episode!

And just like that ✨July✨ is over and August is winking at me😭🤣

I can’t believe my eyes or what happened this month but I want to give the glory to God for seeing me through. Had a few scares, less than perfect things happening but through it all, had a record breaking month.

The wins:
- highest grossing month thanks to my recurring clients and my sales
- launched a new design challenge and felt super inspired
- threw myself out there with the marketing and landed in discussions with potential clients
- hit a goal I didn’t think I could have imagined in one year…in six months
- celebrated six months of authorservicesbysia
- rebranded a bit.
- and so much more.

Looking back at the month, I remain so grateful to everyone who checked in on me, liked my posts, commented, shared, even tagged me on posts looking for content creators. Thank you for everything. I’m so excited and looking forward to the future.

Sia.

I don’t have the words to explain how it felt making this post so I’ll have the words I’ve already put in the body be enough for me.

Who doesn’t love a good summer deal? Think Back to School but for Authors!

Author Services by Sia is officially six months old! I can’t believe it. Just feels like yesterday I was busting my ass and wondering if this business was a good idea or it’ll fail and now it’s 6 months old.

The birthday was actually a couple days ago, but whoops, guess I forgot.

Back to the sale, I’m offering my most popular set of graphics at 24% off because I’ve loved working with authors and I want to work with more authors. So if you’re interested, send a message. This offer is valid until July 31st!!!

So grab your chance while it’s still available.

I’ve worked with @ajathewriter for a couple months now and she’s one of my favorite authors (all my authors are the best) but Aja and I have this connection and I swear she’s such a darling.

I can see why everyone loves her because I’ve had the opportunity to grow under her care and words of wisdom.

Her fashion sense is on point, pride and sense of personality and humor have raised my blood pressure a few times and caused my heart to skip too many beats, but she’s a wonderful person and I’ve loved working with her.

It’s why I’m happy to continue working with Aja and I can’t wait for everyone to love her writing and I know y’all gonna love the books.
It started from The Undoing and now we’re on IRL. I should stop talking now otherwise what am I going to say for the other posts?🤣

I’m a **** for working with my authors. I absolutely love it when they tell me I’m a good girl and this isn’t the post for that. What did I want to say again? Oh yeah, these are a few of the things that make my eyes roll back…

Is the trend over? Probably. Am I still doing it, definitely.
