🙏🏽you’re sick, having life insurance is crucial because it provides financial security for your loved ones, ensuring they are not burdened with medical bills or funeral expenses.
🫶🏽It also offers peace of mind, knowing that your family’s financial future is protected even if your illness progresses. Life insurance can be a vital part of your financial planning, helping to cover debts and maintain their quality of life.

😤💪🏽🏋🏾‍♀️FRIDAY FINISHER

These hip thrusts had me sitting there reconsidering the whole workout! 🥴🍑😂

But every rep has a purpose. Hip thrusts build glute strength and train the hip extension we use when standing up, climbing stairs and running. 💪🏽

I’m putting in the work for a body that can carry me through LIFE. Stronger glutes, controlled reps and progress I earn one workout at a time! 🙌🏽

Who else has to collect themselves between sets? 😂👇🏽 Follow along for more strength training and workout motivation!

Friday Finisher 🥊🍑🏃🏽‍♀️ The week took energy, but I saved some for ME! 💪🏽🔥

Today’s workout: kickboxing, hip thrusts and running. Each move has a purpose:

🥊 Kickboxing challenges my coordination, gets my heart pumping and helps me release the week’s stress!

🍑 Hip thrusts strengthen my glutes to support powerful hip movement in everyday life and training.

🏃🏽‍♀️ Running builds cardiovascular endurance so I can keep moving with more stamina.

Strength, cardio and consistency—all in one Friday workout! I’m thankful I GET TO TAKE CARE OF MY BODY. 🙌🏽

Which would have you struggling first: kickboxing, hip thrusts or running? 🥴👇🏽 Follow along for more workouts and real-life fitness motivation!
