The question I get asked the most is: “Do you train your 3 year old son?” 🤷🏾‍♂️ @malakaimarteyjones The answer is yes—but with purpose. When it’s just me and him, we’ll do little exercises together. I’m not trying to make him become me. I’m exposing him to a lifestyle.🫡 I want fitness, discipline, and healthy habits to be normal—not something he has to discover later in life. As he grows, he’ll choose his own path. But one thing is certain: this world won’t be foreign to him.⭐️ More important than the workouts, I want him to witness what it looks like to:🗣️ ✅ Build healthy relationships ✅ Run a business with integrity ✅ Treat people with kindness and respect ✅ Put God first ✅ Be accountable for your actions ✅ Accept responsibility without excuses ✅ Show up consistently ✅ Solve problems instead of creating them ✅ Lead by serving others ✅ Respect time and commitments ✅ Care for your health before it’s too late ✅ Build something that outlives you Those are the reps that matter most.🙏🏽 The weights are just one part of the lesson. ✨ It once was a dream, & now it’s all God’s grace. 🙏🏾 Sometimes we just pause and look around in awe. 🫢 @trainwithank @missmurda1 Not because of the business.❌ Not because of the equipment.❌ But because of the life God has allowed us to build. ❤️ God brought Us together with the same heart to serve, to lead, and to genuinely love people. Looking back, I know this was His perfect alignment. Together, we’ve created spaces where people can grow physically, mentally, spiritually, and as a family.🎯 I’m especially grateful for her. Even with everything she carries business, motherhood, family, and serving others she still makes time for her health. That’s one of the reasons we built this place the way we did. A quick 25-minute workout. Our son nearby. Our kids and grandkids can pop in. Friends become family. No rushing across town. Just peace, purpose, and togetherness. 🏋🏾‍♀️👨🏾‍👩🏾‍👦🏾❤️ The more I think about it… this is what so many people pray for. And I never want to take that blessing for granted.❌ We’ve watched strangers become family, clients become lifelong friends, and dreams turn into purpose. 💯 One thing I’ve learned as a leader is this: systems will take a team farther than motivation ever will. @automaticslabfitness @coach_tatiyanna One of my greatest joys is watching our team come together and execute with excellence. That’s what happens when everyone understands the assignment and trusts the system. As we continue building I’m reminded that God didn’t just call me to train people, He called me to build systems that help people thrive. This is exactly why we partner with the @hhsrowingclub , schools, church ministries, local organizations, nonprofits, businesses, and teams throughout our community. It has never been about just showing up to make people sweat. It’s about helping organizations build a culture where leadership, communication, accountability, and development become the standard. 🏃🏾 Athletes understand the expectations. 👨🏾‍🏫 Coaches coach with purpose. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents become engaged in the process. 🤝 Leaders lead from the front. That’s how organizations grow. I love my team because when we come together, the system takes over. Everyone knows their role. Everyone communicates. Everyone serves. Everyone executes.
