Dear epic diva universe 💫

You have truly made this the most rewarding project I have come to create. It was all you, each one of you and your individuality and expression. The sheer commitment and trust that you gave to this piece is something so unexplainable, I could never imagine having a more perfect cast. It has been so beautiful getting to know you all and getting to experience your talents. YOU ALL ARE MY UNIVERSE ❤️🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🩷

Can’t wait to share this piece in it’s entirety and all the beauty that this cast has put into it GAHHH by @autymakay

Heal, heal, Little frog tail

Aunque estoy lejos de ti, yo siento su amor. With love for my blood I return to you as I am. Si no sanas hoy, sanarás mañana.

This journey has meant so much to me. To me this has been about overcoming the fear and shame of not feeling apart of the culture that my family is connected to. It was about accepting that I will never be like the people who immigrated to the US but still wanting to connect to them and keep this culture alive so that it is more than just the memories of my childhood. Though we have changed our root will never be forgotten, nor erased.

Music: Radio Towers by Ethel Cain, The Advent of Rose + Croix by Roberto Musci,Giovanni Venosta and Massimo Mariani, Quimey Neuquén by Jose Larralde, voice notes from my mother and abuela
