300 classes = 300 times of showing up for myself, despite anything thrown my way 💪

thank you so much to @sculpt.studios for being such a positive support system in my health and fitness journey. whether i need motivation, advice on nutrition, support with an injury, or just a safe space to be - every trainer here is eager to help.

taking this leap for myself 1.5 years ago was the best decision i could have made. 30 is going to be my year 🫶 taken in SculptStudios by @auuddie

anything is possible if you’re willing to invest in yourself. 🫶

after making big changes to improve my life the last couple years, i also decided to go all-in and work on my fitness and nutrition. the routine, habits, discipline, and support have changed my life, and i couldn’t be more thankful.

no more chronic brain fog and fatigue. no more looking at myself in the mirror and hating what i see.

i’m strong, im energetic, im disciplined, i feel healthy. and i love who i see in the mirror.

thankful for @sculpt.studios for their support and community this past year. i’m only getting started. 🥰💪 by @auuddie
