Well… after 20+ weeks on prep and over 40 weeks total of consistent dieting and training, my rookie season is all wrapped up. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I want to give a big shoutout to @mattarnoldfit & @_teamarnold for bringing me into both shows looking crazy. Competing was great but spending time with the people I love and care about was even better. Thank you to everyone who showed love and support at anytime during this process.
