Nobody talks about the grief that settles in after life changes. The kind that follows you into ordinary moments and still expects you to show up every day. Especially when you’re a mom and the world doesn’t stop because your heart is heavy.

Today, I let myself be present instead of pretending everything is okay. Shoutout to my kids for joining me in this peaceful moment of playing in the rain and reminding me that healing doesn’t always look like progress—it can look like laughter, dancing, hugs in the rain and a few minutes of peace. 🤍🌧️
