“Aleyu, Aleyu, Aleyu, Aleyuia, Gloria A Dios”

I don’t even have words to describe this trip to Mezquital, Mexico. God has touched me on such a deep level that I didn’t even know was possible. From spending time and creating deep friendships with my team to serving kids in different churches in Mexico I have never felt so deeply loved and valued. God has shown me that no matter your circumstances, He is in control and He is the only thing that can bring joy. Seeing the harsh environment these kids live in broke my heart but instead of living in sadness and anger, they live in the unending joy and happiness of God and shared that with us.

We went there to serve them but instead they have served me and shown me the true everlasting joy and kindness of our God. My cup is overflowing with the presence and joy of the Lord. All glory and thanks to God for the way He has shown up in my life this week.

Psalm 16:11 “You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever.”
