Where do I begin, dance has been a part of my life for the past 15 years and just last weekend was my last time ever performing. This studio has been a second home for me and it’s crazy to think that it really is over. Over the last 15 years I have made so many connections that will last a lifetime and have been pushed to be the best version of myself. It’s really hard to think that I’ll never step on that stage to dance again, but I am so happy that I was able to do it one last time with the girls that made dance so special for me. I am lucky enough to say that I had a great dance teacher along the way as well. Kasey, thank you for always pushing me out of my comfort zone and believing in me. I am eternally grateful to you for everything that you’ve helped me through. From personal rants to building up my confidence and helping me become the dancer that I’ve became. I owe everything to you. I can’t believe this is really goodbye but it is time for the next chapter of my life. DDA will always have a special place in my heart, this team, or should I say family has so much love for each other and I’m so sad to go. @diamonddanceacademy01 you will always be in my heart❤️❤️ by @ava.vanderlinden_

I cannot believe that my high school dance team experience is officially over. It has been an amazing last 4 years. I am so incredibly grateful that I have had the chance to dance with these girls and become a family with this entire team. I would have never thought that I would miss it this much but everyone has made this goodbye so hard for me. 🥲We truly did amazing and I and so incredibly proud of everyone. This team will forever hold a special place in my heart and I am so happy to call them my best friends. Thank you for making my last year so memorable I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
