POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It hasn’t been easy to post lately.
I guess I’ve been navigating… transitions. In my sport journey, if I can still call it that.

Injuries are part of the path when you’re an athlete. But when they pile up, drag you down, and blur your horizon… when they last for months, then years… at some point, you start wondering: where is the line between persistence and acceptance?

It’s been two years now.
Two years of heels tendinitis. I’ve tried everything: physio, specific protocols, shockwave therapy, cortisone injections… even Botox to force muscle rest. Nothing has worked.
And for over a year, I’ve also been dealing with constant pelvic pain every time I make any effort. Nothing shows on the MRI. Nothing on the ultrasound. No real diagnosis. Just this ongoing fog, this feeling of being stuck in a Dr. House episode… only without the answers.

Not being able to train, to move freely, to do what I love… it creates a strange kind of emptiness. A lot of uncertainty.

I’m not quitting sport. But I am stepping away from high-level competition.
I’m trying to reconnect with small joys, with what I can do, even if it’s not much right now.

I’m not giving up.
But I’m choosing to take care of myself first. Because honestly, health is everything. Without it, nothing makes sense.

So this isn’t a goodbye.
Just a pause. A moment to breathe. To heal.
And maybe, to come back stronger… or simply, to come back more at peace. ✨

From my very first Swiss champion title to my last international podium at the Military World Swimming Championships… what a ride it has been !Along the way: multiple titles and podiums at the Swiss and French national swimming championships, national and international medals in lifesaving, including European and World Champion titles, European and World Records, and numerous national and
International military medals in both swimming and lifesaving.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey since 2008, to all those I’ve met along the way, trained with, competed against, learned from, or just crossed paths with. You’ve shaped this chapter more than you know.

World Military Lifesaving Championships 🌍🪖🫡

Bilan:
🥇relais bouée tube en mer
🥇relais 4x50m obstacle
🥇relais 4x25 mannequin + WMR🌍🪖🔥
🥈50m mannequin
5e 100m mannequin palmes
