I went to Fargo this past weekend to wrestle at one of, if not the biggest wrestling tournament in the nation. I took 5th place and finally got to come home with a stop sign! Thank you to everyone who watched, coached, or supported me in my journey leading up to Fargo. My jobs not done yet though working to be at the top of that podium next year!! #fargo #wrestling #wrestlingislife #nationals by @ava_turner009

What a fun but but exhausting two weeks… Over 70 hours of wrestling and probably about eight hours of @groundupstrong lifts. Might of almost died a couple times but I can say I am a better wrestler and made many life long friends! Fargo here we come! by @ava_turner009

🌟Please join me in congratulating our March Members of the Month🌟

Brayden Miller is 18 years old and has been a member of I Am Fit since 2021. Brayden says, "The last few years adversity has been my best friend to say the least. If there's one piece of advice that I could give anyone that is new to the gym, it would be to keep showing up for yourself no matter what. Do your best and enjoy the process. Results will show in time. The last thing I would say is to trust in God. He will never fail you."

Ava turner is 16 years old and has been a member of I Am Fit since 2024. Ava says, "I started lifting weights about a year and a half ago. My dad and a family friend said it would help me become a better wrestler. At first, it was really tough to wake up at 4:50am to get to the gym before school. After a while, it became something I looked forward to. My advice to someone who is new to the gym would be to not give up. The first month is going to be really rough, but it truly becomes something you enjoy. My most memorable accomplishment is when I hit 155 on bench press because I had only been lifting for a year at the time and I could barely bench 135 when I started lifting. My goal right now is to continue lifting and to get to the point to where leg day is a little more fun…"

Congratulations to both of you! Continue to lead by example and crush your goals. 💪 taken in I Am Fit Mind-Body-Soul by @ava_turner009
