The struggle itself towards the heights is enough to fill a man’s heart. One must imagine Sisyphus happy. by @avaasadi

.

For that entire month I was away this summer, I wasn’t really travelling. I had simply gone to spend some time in my other home. And yet, every morning, I woke up thinking of Kashan, aching for a city I hadn’t realized I missed this much.

Maybe the next time someone asks me why I came back to Iran, I’ll know what to say:

Kashan had a piece of my heart that no other city in the world ever managed to fill, not even a little. taken in Kashan, Iran by @avaasadi
