They are both 2X NFL dancers for the Washington Commanders’ Command Force!☀️ we’re hosting 2 Summer Pro Dance Workshops in July with former NFL cheerleaders @victoriakalina & @natalieannkirkland! Registration opens Friday, June 26 at 8AM🔴 we’re teaming up with @purebarrefallschurch for a special collab class of half Pure Barre, half Hip Hop for just $20!🇺🇸 we are performing in DC’s National Independence Day Parade! Catch us performing a new pom routine choreographed by @LouisCaponiClass Levels 💚💜❤️ the color of the star next to the class represents the level of the drop-in class! Green stars mean a class is beginner friendly, purple stars are our standard classes taught at an intermediate pace, red stars are advanced.📍 All of our Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday drop-in classes are held at Gold’s Gym - Ballston!5 and 10 class passes are available, which reduce your price per class! Our beginner-friendly AVA 101 Series is back in August! 🔥 Each style will take place over 2 weeks, so dancers have more time to learn choreography from our seasoned instructors (who are all former NBA dancers)! 🏀Aug. 2 & 9: Heels 101 with @juliagmichAug. 16 & 23: Contemporary 101 with @_cierrajade_Aug. 30 & Sept. 6: Hip Hop 101 with @wordsbyjayThis series is perfect for beginners, those who haven’t danced in a while, or those who want to try something new! 🪩 We can’t wait to welcome these dancers to AVA in the same welcoming and inclusive environment, but at a slower pace.Registration opens July 28 at 8A! You can sign up for all 6 weeks ($125) or drop into one of the style sessions ($45)! July is coming to a close with classes from @_tanfan_ & @wordsbyjay on Tuesday, July 28 💥Tanner is teaching Contemporary at 7:30P 💜 She has performed internationally with Regent Seven Seas Cruises , was a So You Think You Can Dance Top 100 finalist, 1st runner up to Miss Mississippi (Miss America Organization) and overall talent winner.Jaydee is teaching Hip Hop 101 at 8:30P, this class is great for beginner level dancers 💜 Jaydee is a former NBA dancer for the Washington Wizards.
