First race✅

Overall very proud of myself even tho it was a short and easy race for most, running has always been been a weak point for me and I wanted to take the initiative to show myself that I can do hard things. 🤍💪🏼

Eats in Switzerland and a broke gym girl😅

First night we tried going to a restaurant.. safe to say I’m not doing that again😭

Biggest hack we found was get a hotel with a lot of cheap/free amenities, go to gas stations and grocery stores for affordable meals and bring some of your favorite protein snack from home like my @vilgain protein bars:)

It’s been really hard adjusting my routine and schedule here in the south of France. As someone who thrives on consistency and normally goes to the gym five days a week, not having access to that same routine has definitely been a challenge.

But I’ve also realized that movement doesn’t have to look the same everywhere. I’ve been finding different ways to stay active and work fitness into my new lifestyle here — whether that’s long walks, swimming, hiking, or just being more intentional with daily movement.

It’s different from what I’m used to, and honestly a little outside my comfort zone, but staying active and taking care of myself is still so important to me, even if it looks completely different right now.
