I came in 2nd with an overall PR of 19:45.21! Also a 45 second course PR! So grateful for my improvement this season, it’s so great to see the work I put in paying off. I’m so proud of all my teammates who also ran and my team for winning our division! I’m so excited to see what districts brings next week!! 🤗🏃‍♀️ by @avaj_running2028

Cliff Robbins Invitational 2026 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

- finished 6th with a course PR of 21:06.0

It was a difficult course with a lot of muddy spots, but it was still a really fun time! I’m happy that I was able to drop my time on this course a little from last year, and I hope to keep improving!! So excited for what this season brings 🤗💛

Districts 2026 🫶💫

4x800: 1st place & season best! - 9:43.39 (split 2:19.86 FAT)
800: 2nd place with a open PR of 2:22.12 FAT
4x400: 2nd place & season best - 4:13.68 (split 60.85 FAT)

I’m so happy that I was able to pr in both my open and split times! After feeling “stuck” with my 400 time all season, it meant a lot to a break 61 in my 4x4 split.

Can’t wait for next weekend! 🚢🚢
