RAW NATS 2026 RECAP 🩵🩵🩵 8/9 squat 1 142.5kgs squat 2 152.5kgs squat 3 160kgs /352.74lbs (ATPR & +12.5kg meet pr) bench 1 77.5kgs bench 2 82.5kgs bench 3 87.5kgs (ATPR & +2.5kgs meet pr) ^literally wtf was in the air bc bench has been my opp especially this prep but HELLO deadlift 1 152.5kgs deadlift 2 162.5kgs deadlift 3 172.5kgs (RIP) was basically locked out but my left hand lost grip and i beat the down command but its OK we will come back stronger Dots: 389.01 (+14.5 from nats last year) 9/9 in my heart 💔 Coming into this prep I was honestly feeling so nervous, so stressed out, and extremely overwhelmed. Between still being a student athlete, finishing nursing school, and now studying for my boards I have been a bit all over the place. However externals will literally always be present and there is never an excuse. (meaning unfortunately going to the gym several times after a full 12 hour clinical) but it was worth every single tear, & all the lack of sleep. I am so grateful to have so much support in my life it really does take a village. A massive thank you to my wonderful coach and favorite person ever @hammer_pwrlift I literally don’t know what I would do without you. Your support and how much you believe in me and continue to show up for me does not go unnoticed and I would never have made it this far if it was not for you. & thank you to my absolute best friend @imzoetoth for being my biggest supporter, & the most amazing friend, and for being such an amazing support system for me. I literally would not have survived prep and all of this training without you. & of course my wonderful family, thank you so much for flying all the way out here just to support me & emmy. It makes a world of a difference having you guys here and i am so grateful for all your support. & to @gym.with.emma and @coraliekgs for cheering so loud and telling me exactly what I needed to hear today i love you guys so much. & ofc thank you to everyone from back home all my friends for reaching out, watching, and supporting i am immensely grateful for you all. I love this sport & this community so much and am immensely grateful to be a part of it all!!! by @avarmgym
