Another shout out and a big reason I got into craft beer!!!! My bro came up and seen me knocking Heineken's back like they were crushables lol.

"Bro, I gotta get you drinking better beers!" That's what he did everytime he came to visit Baltimore he started having me try different craft beers and styles!! Little did he know the more he came up the more he opened my curiosity. Then he'd come through and I start sharing what I was learning from him and reading on my own.

Cider tasting..... #Batch no. 4 🤭🤣.... It has a tart boozy taste to it (probably let it sit a little past fermentation) It's crisp, and drinkable. As always we back at it to iron out the kinks. The dry hop also could be playing in the tartness. by @avb4775

Ok so Hard Cider Batch #3 now that I've sit with it and tasted it more from the initial. I don't love and I don't hate it 🤣. I love the clarity, I love the crispness and the carbonation. I like that it's a little dryer than the first batch which was a lot sweeter. What I don't like.... The mouth feel wasn't smooth to match the crispness. There's a small after taste that I can picked up. My family didn't pick it up so mayb it was just my taste buds.... PULL UP ON ME IF YOU WANT TO TASTE ONE OR MORE 😅😅😅😁. #AVB🍺 #HardCider #Batch3 by @avb4775
