life’s too short to hold yourself back, life’s too long to not live it. Everyone suffers from their own battles, if you are someone who is waiting for happiness to come to you, it most likely never will; only you can make it happen-make the decision, take the first step, if you don’t know where to start, reach out. Over the past years i’ve met so many people who have shaped me into the person i am today. As life goes on i will continue to struggle, everyone does, but it’s how you choose to overcome it. I truly understand the chokehold mental health can have on someone, but so many people share similar thoughts and experiences, you are never alone, even when it may feel like the worlds against you. Recovery isn’t linear and never will be. If we never faced anything negative along our journey, then we wouldn’t ever be successful. Be aware. #suicidepreventionmonth by @avecchio6
