Life gets busier and busier, but sometimes you just need to stop and take time to be with your friends - so much better than therapy I would say 🤍 As we all live in different countries, these kinds of weekends are a rare treat to me. Many people think they know how we should live our lives. Last weekend, my girlfriends and I had long conversations about this. We all live in different countries and have chosen very different paths, so naturally we see the world differently.

I truly value my friends’ perspectives and I’m always open to hearing their feedback. But I’ve also always had a very strong intuition. Every important decision I’ve made has come from listening to that inner voice first.

Looking back, those choices have led me to the life I always hoped for. And for that, I’m very grateful.

We can listen to everyone, but we shouldn’t let everyone decide our direction. Listen with an open mind—but choose with your own heart. Many times I feel people feel pressured to follow everyone elses path, and too scared to choose the life they truly want. by @avecsofie

Living far away from my motherland has taught me one thing: no matter how busy life gets, I never want to lose touch with the people who truly matter.

These friendships deserve time, laughter, and shared memories. Girls’ trips are good for the soul—and honestly, they’re often cheaper than years of therapy.

I spent the most wonderful long weekend in Paris with my girlfriends, and I genuinely can’t remember the last time I laughed this much (the photos are all the proof you need 🤍).
