Her favorite place to be in the entire house, is laying on my bed. And this is how she tells me she wants to go on it 😂♥️ #shihtzulover #shihtzusgram #shihtzu by @averagediscgolferguy

Good 35 throw @tech_disc session this evening. First time my average mph was 57+ and closest I’ve been to having a negative average nose angle. I’ve been doing the @overthrowdiscgolf academy for about a week now and already seeing improvement in my stats and my form. Pretty exciting stuff. #discgolf #discgolfformcheck by @averagediscgolferguy

Recently joined the @overthrowdiscgolf Academy and I can confidently say, I already notice a difference in my form just from practicing and following the modules for a few hours. I’m determined to hit 400’ in golf distance over the next few months. That has been a goal of mine for over a year, but I never really put in the work/effort on a regular basis to achieve that goal. Until now. #discgolf #discgolfformcheck #discgolfpractice by @averagediscgolferguy

Nothing is better on a Friday afternoon during spring time in North Carolina than being on the disc golf course ❤️ @mvpdiscsports @squatch_disc_golf @acornhilldgc #discgolf #northcarolina #raleigh #throwpink by @averagediscgolferguy

Weight loss update: Down to 215 pounds with a BMI of 28%. So close to my goal(s) it’s kinda crazy. Although 28% is still considered “over weight” by all the doctors, I’ll take it (for now) considering I was close to 40% and almost 265 pounds three years ago before moving to NC. #weightloss #goals by @averagediscgolferguy

Been using my glow bag the last couple months that I keep in my car for random after work rounds, since the weather here in the Raleigh area has been so shit and bi polar on the weekends. Now that it’s starting to warm up, here’s what I’m rolling into the prime season of 2026 with. @mvpdiscsports @streamlinediscs @dfxdiscs @thoughtspaceathletics @mintdiscs @zucadiscgolf #discgolf #throwpink #raleigh by @averagediscgolferguy

After almost 6 years of having the same pre built PC I bought off of Amazon, I finally got a custom PC and I love it ❤️ After months of research and deciding on what parts I wanted, it’s pretty cool to see it all come together. #pcgamers #pcgaming #pcgamingsetup #pcmasterrace by @averagediscgolferguy

It’s been a few weeks since our incredible trip to Vermont and Massachusetts where we played 8 rounds of disc golf at 7 incredible courses. So many memories were made in such a short amount of time. Shout out to the Disc Golf Boyz and our (unofficial) sponsor Sheetz. This trip was one for the books and I look forward to our next one 🙏 And basket pin positions will now forever be described as “straight to the right”. 😜😂 by @averagediscgolferguy

I got to play the world famous @maplehilldiscgolf this weekend. Here’s my shot from the iconic hole 8. Just a 260 foot water carry onto an island green. No big deal 💪🏻😂 #discgolf #discgolfeveryday #discgolfdaily #maplehilldiscgolf by @averagediscgolferguy

Been over a month since my last photo. Down to 215lbs. 24.7% BMI. Consistently hitting the gym for over 2 months now. Starting to feel like a routine. I wake up sore, but in a good way. Can’t wait to see where I’ll be in 2 more months. Stay tuned 💪🏻 taken in Fit4life Health Clubs - Clayton by @averagediscgolferguy

Saw this @squatch_disc_golf Lore 1.0 on Facebook for a killer deal and couldn’t pass it up. Especially since I’m headed up to @maplehilldiscgolf and @smuggsdiscgolf in a few weeks and I needed a travel bag. Took it out for a test round today and I see why Squatch has gained so much popularity. #discgolf #northcarolina #squatchdiscgolf taken in Raleigh, North Carolina by @averagediscgolferguy
