Tongue Dissolver - Shotkickers - 2/10/26

Tung Dizzy are one of the best bands you could see right now. Take your grandad to a gig and give him a pinger. Words aren't my strong suit, just know you're messing up if you've never seen them

C.O.F.F.I.N - Rowdy's Records - 18/8/26

So sick of C.O.F.F.I.N and Rowdys to arrange this last minute record launch before Chopped. People were spilling out onto the streets. You love to see it

C.O.F.F.I.N is a band that I've seen a bunch and they seem to get even better every time. The first time was back in 2022 opening for Amyl at Forum. I wasn't hugely into punk back then but this band really caught my ear. I think I listened to Piss Up for a month straight after that show. C.O.F.F.I.N was my gateway to discovering most of my favourite aussie bands and for that I thank them. Go see them if you somehow haven't yet by @averagegigenjoyer

Eddy Current Suppression Ring -- Max Watts - 13/8/26

Eddy Current on a Thursday, it doesn't get much better than that. So great to hear some new favourites (Ulterior Motives, Turtle). Cheers to Tony for letting me steal your spot taken in Max Watt's House of Music by @averagegigenjoyer

Terminal Filth - The Tote Upstairs - 31/7/26

Sick band, I only got a few minutes of footage before the lighting became a lot more red and dim, a death wish for terrible cameras like mine taken in The Tote by @averagegigenjoyer

Vampire - The Tote Upstairs - 31/7/26

Such a sick band, new songs were great. Their set was 18 minutes long and 5 minutes of it was fixing their banner that fell down 100 times. Sponsored by Wallmates taken in The Tote by @averagegigenjoyer

SZKLO - The Tote (Upstairs) - 31/7/26

Nothing better than a good heavy two piece band. I saw these guys out in Boronia and they shook the foundations, this was no different. Good shit taken in The Tote by @averagegigenjoyer

Hacker - The Tote (Upstairs) - 31/7/26

Finally caught Hacker again, this time fresh off a tour around Europe. Such a turbo set, so bloody good. I captured some pretty terrible audio but you get the idea taken in The Tote by @averagegigenjoyer

Frons - Shotkickers - 5/6/26

Finally got around to seeing this band again. Very fun, very talented. Well worth your time. So nice to see a band that's so locked in with each other

Stiff Richards - Social Club Balnarring - 30/5/26
Felt lucky to be at this one, genuinely an all timer of a gig. 75 minutes, 20 songs and two covers (joined by C.O.F.F.I.N). Here's roughly 6 minutes of the best bits

Get to a show near you or you'll regret it. Very excited for the new album. Cheers to Legless for having me there to document such a special show. Bigs up to the Ninch, jungle is massive. Stiffies are back! taken in Balnarring, Victoria by @averagegigenjoyer
