making this post seems surreal but i’m grateful that i have something so good to say goodbye to. mda has become my place to dance, cry, laugh, sweat and most importantly find myself. competitive dance allowed me to achieve my dreams, whether it was nailing a step or winning a national championship. more than just trophies, it inspired a goal-getting mindset that has influenced every part of my life. every teammate, teacher and mentor i have met has taught me valuable life lessons that i will bring into my new chapter of life. i want to give a special thank you to jenny for being there for me every step of the way and shaping the human i have become today. to know you is to love you and i’m so grateful to have had you as a teacher for so many years. i also want to thank every teammate i have had over the years for the constant support and love. i most importantly want to recognize this years team. this year was indescribable. we were united as one and faced every battle together. thank you for pushing till the very end.lastly my parents for being my number one fans. you guys have been by my side for it all and i’m always grateful for your constant love and support.here’s to new beginnings and becoming mda’s biggest fan🩵🩵 by @avery.nimmerguth
