I am honored and blessed to announce I am continuing my academic and athletic career at Houston Christian University.

First and foremost, I want to thank God for guiding me through this journey and blessing me with opportunities I never could’ve imagined. None of this would be possible without His presence and grace!

To Mom and Victor, thank for every sacrifice you’ve made, the early mornings, late night drives, endless emails, and for believing in me when I doubted myself. To Dad and Kandyn, thank you for your encouragement and belief in me, it means so much. Without all of y’all’s unwavering support and love, my dream would not come true.

To all of my current and former coaches, thank you for pushing me to become not only a better softball player, but a better person. Your guidance, encouragement, and belief in me have played a huge role in helping me reach this dream.

To my teammates, other family, and friends, thank you for cheering on me through every high and low and always supporting. I am so grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey.

Finally, thank you Coach Bert for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to be a part of your program. I cant wait to work and be apart of something so special.

The journey is just beginning. GO HUSKIES! 💙🐺

I’m incredibly thankful and blessed for my coaches believing in me and naming me MVP female of the year. That honor means more than words can say. It only reflects time, sacrifice, and hard work that went into this season and many more. Through every high and every low, I’ve learned that God is the only one who truly knows your path, and He can carry you through even the deepest and hardest moments. I hope the work I’ve put in, the battles I’ve pushed through, and the way I’ve continued to trust the process can inspire others to keep going, keep believing, and never stop chasing what they’re called to do. #godknowstheway by @avery.r13

Another one in the books. 🤍

Junior year will be unforgettable. This season pushed me in every way, and I’m so proud of everything we have accomplished. From competing in district, to earning our spot in regionals and proving what we were capable of. I was blessed with achieving a new PR, and setting a relay PR with my team. But more than this, what made the season so special was the love, support, and the bonds we obtained. Through thick and thin, and the in-between, we were family. Im beyond grateful for every memory, lesson, and every person apart of this year’s journey. Junior year, thank you for being one of the greatest seasons yet. On to the next 🔜 by @avery.r13

A season of laughter, joy, adversity, love, friendships, and plenty more. I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better season from any of these girls. Thank you guys for being the best there was, taking pride in every step, and facing the hardships together. Making history in the books for Lexington with this awesome team. Unbelievable season, outstanding coaches, and an all in stands. I deeply thank Lexington and all of the people who made this possible. I give all glory to God for this big run we made.
