Senior track season

I struggled to make a post because I didn’t find anything about this season I was proud of. I fought through mental and physical challenges and in the end I’m not able to find anything positive. I’m so disappointed in myself. I pray that in college I find love for this sport again. I just wanna thank my family for being there for me the last 6 years and my dad specifically for pushing me and understanding me.

Over 6 years i broke multiple records and come away with 9 patches and tons of medals and ribbons. I’ve both found and lost myself on the track but couldn’t convince myself at the end of the day I don’t belong there. Through countless of injuries and missed seasons it’s over and on to better things with great coaches. by @avery_1493
