This one is personal😅 it’s hard to believe this is real!The girl on the left was tired, frustrated, self-conscious, and willing to try almost anything to clear her skin. The girl on the right eventually learned that healthy skin wasn’t going to come from one product or one treatment.For me, healing my acne meant looking at the bigger picture. I focused on consistent skincare, professional treatments BUT most importantly regular exercise (@fierce45), nourishing my body, supporting my gut health, cutting back on excess alcohol & inflammatory foods, managing stress, and being patient with the process….!There wasn’t a magic fix... It was the accumulation of small healthy choices over time.⏰Shout out to the several metabolic detox cleanses I did💪🏼🥦also very challenging & life changing!🙏🏼Going through my own skin journey has made me a better Aesthetician. I know what it’s like to avoid mirrors, obsess over a breakout, and feel defeated after trying a million things that didn’t work. Finally… McCall reveals all. ✨(Well… at least my pre & post microneedling routine.)This is the routine I use 7 days before my treatment and continue for 7 days after.
