1,825 days ago was the night Harrison asked me to be his girlfriend. Since that night, we’ve traveled to different parts of the country, started a new life in Florida, grown in our faith and faced challenges that have shaped who we are today.
Over the last few months, I’ve been reflecting on these five years, and every time I do, I’m struck by the same thought: wow! this is how far we’ve come. Five years ago, I never would’ve imagined I’d be in a challenging nursing program, surrounded by some of the best people I’ve ever met, and doing it all alongside someone I love.
Harrison has pushed me, supported me, and helped shape the person I am today. His love has been my steady place, my rock, my encouragement, and my quiet reminder that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. by @averybrown2104
