10-years-ago…how could I say no… At a Shotgun County Wedding, I made the most important decision of my life—and I chose right! Choosing the person I’d spend the rest of my life with has brought me more love, adventure, and happiness than I could have imagined! From all the adventures we’ve shared to the beautiful family we’ve built together, I’m so grateful for this life with you. Ten years later, I’d choose you all over again! Happy Decade Anniversary, Leah! Here’s to many more incredible decades together! ❤️ #HappyAnniversary #10YearAnniversary #LeahJenkins #DecadeAnniversary #10Years taken in The Lodge At Taylor Ranch by @averyjenkins

I recently had the opportunity to play three of the world’s highest-ranked Disc Golf Courses according to @udiscapp! 🥏 Rolling Pines Disc Golf Course 4 in North Carolina | 42 in the U.S. | 65 in the World 🥏 Sugaree Disc Golf Course 5 in North Carolina | 44 in the U.S. | 67 in the World 🥏 North Cove Boulders Disc Golf Course 6 in North Carolina | 57 in the U.S. | 84 in the World These incredible courses have been on my wishlist for YEARS, and after finally getting the opportunity to experience them firsthand, I can confidently say they deserve every bit of recognition they receive! Sugaree was the absolute standout of the trip! With its dramatic terrain, precarious basket placements perched along jutting rock bluffs, and unforgettable hole designs, this course delivers a truly unique Disc Golf experience. I described Sugaree as the “Bucksnort DGC of the East Coast,” and that’s some pretty high praise! It’s officially earned a spot on my personal Top-100 list, coming in at 35 among the best Disc Golf Courses I’ve ever played! Huge thanks to my travel mates Jamie Thomas (@spinjt) and Josh Burr (@discgoburrski) for joining me on this aggressive Disc Golf Course Road Trip! We covered some serious ground, played some incredible courses, and made plenty of memories along the way! The Course Collecting Journey Continues! 🌎 📍 2,036 Disc Golf Courses Played 🌎 30 Countries 🇺🇸 All 50 States Next milestone: 2,100 Disc Golf Courses before the end of 2026! The pursuit of experiencing the world’s greatest Disc Golf Courses never gets old, and there’s still so much more to explore! #DiscGolf #DiscGolfCourse #DiscGolfCourseCollecting #DiscGolfCourseCollector #UDisc taken in Asheville, North Carolina by @averyjenkins

Imagine buying a disc for $20… and trading it for $100–$150 a week later. In this clip from Out Of Production, Avery Jenkins remembers the 2001 Worlds when a trailer full of brand-new 2001 CE Rocs showed up. Avery had just won the Mad City Open, had some prize money in his pocket, and bought around 25 Rocs at $20 apiece. It turned out to be quite the score. The discs quickly became highly sought after, and Avery spent the rest of the year trading them on the road for many times what he paid. Great week at the 2026 National Recreation and Park Association Conference (@nrpa) in Philadelphia, PA! Always a great opportunity to connect with Parks & Recreation professionals from across the country, catch up with current Disc Golf Course partners, and start conversations about new projects and opportunities for the future. Always a pleasure to be representing Disc Golf alongside Disc Golf Course Sales Manager Brian Lamoreaux and fellow Disc Golf Course Designer Eric McCabe (@eric_mccabe)! Looking forward to seeing where some of these conversations lead in 2027 and beyond! #DiscGolf #DiscGolfCourse #DiscGolfPark #ParksAndRecreation #Philadelphia taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @averyjenkins

How do you prove you belong on the team? Throw farther than everyone else. In this clip from Out Of Production, Avery Jenkins remembers the iconic long drive contest across the lake at Winthrop during the 2000 USDGC. There was one catch: competitors threw their own discs and Avery needed every one of his for the final round. So losing one in the lake wasn’t an option. Avery launched everything safely across and ended up winning the 2000 USDGC Long Drive Contest, giving him a little redemption after recently earning his Innova sponsorship. He may not have cashed in the tournament, but he definitely proved he could throw. When did professional disc golf start to feel like it could actually become a career? In this clip from Out Of Production, Avery Jenkins remembers the arrival of the National Tour in 2003 and the immediate difference it made for touring players. For Avery, it was one of the first glimpses of a future where players might actually be able to make a living touring full-time. What would you give up for the chance to chase your dream? In this clip from Out Of Production, Avery Jenkins remembers getting the call from Dave Feldberg with an invitation to hit the road and play professional disc golf full-time. Avery dropped out of college, quit his job, broke up with his girlfriend, and with his parents’ blessing went all in. What followed were two full touring seasons in 2001 and 2002, playing 40–45 events a year and learning how to survive on the road while chasing a career that barely existed yet. What did it mean to tour professionally when missing one putt could mean missing a meal? In this clip from Out Of Production, Avery Jenkins remembers surviving on roughly $10,000 a year while chasing the professional disc golf tour. With entry fees, gas, and food all coming out of his pocket, making the cash line could determine whether he could afford to play the next weekend. Every stroke mattered. Avery says those experiences created the hunger, sometimes literally, that fueled his drive to become a better player and competitor.
