Nashville recap: weeks later and still riding the high! Traveled with my Rockstar Wellness friends to a POUND Pro meetup and it was everything.Highlights:-Rocking my 5th grade dance costume (still fits, still fabulous)-Throwing a jump split on the dance floor (see video)-Inspiring talks on how fitness builds connection and connection fuels fitness. Day 6: It’s A Party in Osaka ✨Finally sharing my last full day in Japan! We got to explore the stunning Osaka Castle, did some shopping at the cutest Studio Ghibli store, and squeezed in one last round of karaoke. Day 5: Tea Ceremony in Kyoto 🍵This was the most meaningful day of my trip. While connecting with locals through language was special, on this day, I connected through tradition. Getting dressed in a kimono, having my hair done, and experiencing a traditional tea ceremony (with the best matcha on earth!) was a moment I’ll never forget.The host even told me my Japanese sounded “very natural”—such a huge compliment! 🥰 I’ll carry that memory with me forever.Other highlights of the day:✨ Pig café (adorable!)✨ Fluffy pancakes✨ Wagyu that melted in my mouth✨ Strolling through Nishiki Market in a kimono, with locals saying we looked beautiful✨ Shopping 🛍️✨ Brown butter chicken & naan...Unbelievable!#Kyoto #JapaneseCulture #TeaCeremony #travel by @averylyrics

Day 4: Kyoto - The Birthday Post!Couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate my 30th! Day 3: HakoneOkay, technically day 4, but I passed out the second I got to Japan, so it’s day 3 for me! 😅This day had me so emotional. The views were unreal—seriously, out of this world! It was also the day we took the bullet train to Kyoto, which was an experience in itself. There’s no way to prepare for how fast it is, yet it’s incredibly smooth inside. Day 2: Free day in Tokyo (Part 2) – Walking through Shibuya Crossing vs. Driving through Shibuya CrossingI knew what I was signing up for, but driving a go-kart through the most populous metropolitan area in the world and across the world’s biggest pedestrian crossing didn’t really set in until I was there.
