One year without Charlie.

No words can truly express how deeply a man I never met touched my heart. In a world that often feels so loud and self-focused, Charlie lived with a humility that pointed straight to Jesus. His only desire was to share God’s love and make Him known. It brings so much comfort to know he is resting peacefully in the arms of our loving Savior, and it gives me a sweet hope that one day, those in Christ will share in that same beautiful joy.

Charlie’s life gave me the courage to stand firm in my faith, a step that transformed my own life when I got involved with Turning Point USA one year ago. Looking back, I am so deeply grateful for how God has blessed that path. From the lifelong best friends I made as a student to now having the privilege to work for this organization, I’ve seen firsthand how God moves through this community.

Charlie showed us how to stand for truth while leading with love, but above all, he pointed us to the only true source of hope. It’s so easy to look to the world for answers, but human effort can’t mend what is broken—only Jesus can. If you are feeling lost, know He is calling you home today. Jesus loves us so unconditionally that He gave His very life so we could experience His grace and live forever with Him.

As I move forward, I want every step, every word, and every action to reflect His light. In everything I do, may Christ be glorified.

I am so grateful to share that I’ve joined @turningpointusa as Oklahoma’s College Field Representative!

I couldn’t be more thankful for where God has led me. TPUSA changed my life, and stepping up to carry on Charlie’s legacy and empower students across the state is a true honor. Freedom, faith, and family are always worth standing up for.
