It was amazing to be a part of my first AC Fashion Week… I got the chance to meet so many talented and wonderful people and walk for some of the best designers in the industry. Thank you to everyone that played a part in making this such an unforgettable experience. And to all of my friends and family that showed an immense amount of support and encouragement. Today it really hit me how far I’ve come on my fitness journey. I took some time to reflect on the goals I’ve set and achieved as well as the ones I still have yet to hit. I’ve been working hard and doing things I used to think were never within the realm of possibility for me. I’ve added 70 lbs to my bench press…over 100 lbs to my deadlift…and most importantly remained consistent with my training. I’ve been doing the work but not without help. Consistent motivation and support has been the driving force of my success so far and I couldn’t be more appreciative to @hersh67dc_ @drmatt75hard for always challenging me to do more…push harder…go further…relinquish all doubt…and genuinely share in my excitement when I crush a new PR! @laurenstein89 @cyphert112689 and @princehoward89 for taking care of my nutrition and sharing in my struggles on this relentless pursuit of a better me while they are working hard to do the same.
