Our first African Safari did not disappoint. This was a trip of a lifetime. It was everything we wanted it to be.

This little dude is starting to figure this baseball thing out! Super cool to watch him grow and get interested in things! His competitive nature makes me laugh because I know he’s going to give it 110 at whatever he does. Dada love you buddy! #Riverdogs by @avghuntr

A damp morning and big wind, lots of walking and no gobbling led to this big boy slipping up with his head down in the middle of a field. @duckinnutts and I had a heck of a hunt!

A view that never gets old. We had a bird gobbling on the limb this morning that got tight lipped when he got on the ground. After 5 hours of nothing, this guy responded and did it as pretty as any I’ve seen!

This mornings hunt paid off after a long grinding day yesterday and missing on a bird. I wasn’t giving this double bearded Tom any time! He hit the ground off the roost and dies within 15secs #kuiu #rio #texasturkey taken in Deer Creek, Texas by @avghuntr

I wish I could breathe life back into him so I could hunt him again tomorrow.
