Two months later, I’m finally sharing The Winter Solstice Soirée ❄️

Life moved quickly after this night. There was grief, loss, work, new beginnings, and so many moments in between that were both beautiful and difficult. Somewhere along the way, time simply got away from me. ❤️‍🩹

Looking back now, though, the timing almost feels fitting. The winter solstice is about letting go of what no longer serves us and making space for the light to return. In the weeks that followed, I found myself doing exactly that. Shedding what I no longer needed, accepting what I do need, and slowly learning to trust what feels right for me.

Maybe that’s why this night means even more to me now than it did then.

The Winter Solstice Soirée was created as a night of warmth, reflection and connection. I wanted to bring people together around one table, over good food, tea, conversation and a small ritual that invited everyone to pause and think about what they were ready to release 🔥

Some arrived knowing each other, some arrived as strangers, and as the night unfolded, people slowly opened up. There was vulnerability, honesty, laughter, stories shared and moments of simply listening to one another 🫶

What began as a dinner became something much more meaningful. A reminder that sometimes all we really need is a little space to slow down, let go and make room for more light 💡

We gathered on the longest night of the year to slow down, share a table and make space for whatever we were ready to leave behind 🔥

Every detail was prepared with intention, from each place setting to the little ritual waiting ahead. I wanted the table to feel like the beginning of something, not just somewhere to sit 🤍

Some people walked in already knowing each other, while others met for the very first time that night. Watching those walls slowly come down was one of my favourite parts 🫶

Food has such a beautiful way of bringing people together. Plates were passed around, conversations started, and suddenly everyone felt a little more at home 🏠

One thing I really wanted was to create a night I could actually be present in too - not just host from the sidelines, but sit, laugh and experience it alo by @avi.avi._

Starting my 2026 with these shots from @countrygirlmanagement 🤍 Doing this again after three years felt like closing a chapter. I love my past self deeply - she was hurting, she was trying, and she kept going when it wasn’t easy. But this version of me? She’s softer, stronger, and finally at peace with herself 🤍 This shoot reminded me how far I’ve come, how much I’ve grown, and how much I truly love who I am now 🥰

Sharing this with Aviana’s permission 💚

Our Gratitude Postcard Wall has travelled across Melbourne - from coffee raves in Brunswick to the middle of QV for Mother’s Day - where strangers write kind messages for people they’ve never met on our iconic Grateful for You postcard. It made a meaningful appearance at yesterday’s FREE letter writing workshop hosted by @sarah.leadams @wiltyplant - in honour of suicide prevention month

She didn’t know them. It still reached her. This is honestly why words on paper matter.

We had so many interact with the wall like Aviana and I still don’t quite have the complete words.

But this is exactly why I am re-building Thankly to spread gratitude & end loneliness in Australia. Thank you to the beautiful community we’re building - quietly, one card at a time my friend.

25 feels like yellow sunlight and quiet becoming. I feel like I’m finally stepping into the woman I’ve always dreamed of being, soft, feminine, and deeply in tune with who I am at my core. It feels like my own fairytale, not one written perfectly, but one I’m learning to live authentically, embodying my name, my energy, and the parts of me I used to keep tucked away. And I feel so much gratitude for the people around me who love me so beautifully, who show up with warmth, who bring light into my life in ways I notice every day, even in the smallest moments. I honestly don’t have the words for how much that means, but I feel it constantly and I feel so lucky 💛
