I bear an unbridled hatred toward people who are barely a year in the gym and think they’re ready for, or on gear, why would you hurt yourself like that, it’s so sad to watch people who had so much potential dump it all down the shitter because their favorite influencer said it would be okay, or even worse, they’ve got friends on gear who told them to hop on, it’s so fucking sad to watch kids just like me, who love the gym, love progress, love fitness, hurt themselves in such a life altering way. by @aviatorsman7540
