Thank you for trusting me to document something as special & sacred as your Love.

A year ago, before moving from O’ahu to Wilmington, I shared a post about my dream of photographing Love stories & weddings around the world.

1 year later & I’m wrapping up the most epic summer of traveling for work - Greece, California, O’ahu, back to Greece, Ireland to be a part of one of my best friend’s weddings, and many beautiful places around my new home in North Carolina.
My heart is FULL.

The people I get to photograph around the world - the families, friends, couples, and other vendors I meet through this work - are the reason I love what I do.

I’ve gotten to witness so many unique ways of celebrating & documenting Love across different cultures & places, but each time, I get the same gut feeling with every wedding or couple that I photograph: that I was meant to meet these people, to connect, & create with them.

This creative process constantly reminds me of how much Love & good is happening all around us, all the time. I’m so happy that my work encourages me to feel human - which is a feeling that has felt lost to me in other work settings.

I know there are SO many photographers to choose from, & I truly believe there is a photographer for everyone. I may not be everyone’s photographer, but I feel incredibly grateful that the work & words I put out have brought me to people I feel genuinely connected to — this year, in past seasons, & in the ones to come.

Thank you for supporting my business, my artistry, & my life fuel. Thank you for trusting me with being vulnerable in front of my camera.

Up next: some exciting shoots here in NC, but you know I won’t be able to resist another travel inquiry. ;)

I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Check off option C on my photo questionnaire prompt for how adventurous you are & and these are the types of photos you may be getting.

Sarah & Joe are the coolest! Two pilots who got engaged on the North End of Wrightsville Beach, where we captured just a bit of their Love story. They were not kidding about being up for adventurous photos and got to end their session in my favorite way by jumping in the water together.

You should have seen my face when Sarah showed me this flower they brought from their garden and I realized it was not fake. I love when couples bring a little something special from home to incorporate into their photo experience! So happy for these two 💌
