WAGC 2025🏆
What an amazing adventure
After 3 years, I got back to the team Israel uniforms, but this time as a coach and I loved every moment of this
The first thing is the competition
Me and @ido_melamed1 got to the competition with a big dream and a mission to qualify for the final
The qualifications were really good, and he finished 3rd to the final,
after that, we realized he had a chance for a medal
We woke up on the final day with excitement and a goal to win a medal
After a really tough final-1, Ido got to final-2 from the 3rd place
So he got to go one more time when he gave his all he won the silver medal and became Vice World Champion for Age Group 13-14
Ido, I am so proud of you and the way you do, your achievements and can't wait to see what the next thing you would achieve
First WAGC as a coach, and you gave me the full experience
I want to thank all the Israeli team for cheering us it was a really powerful moment for all of us
Another thank @zemer_shukrun_therapy for being with us on the final and cheer with us
Another big thank is for Sivan from the @israelgymfed for being there for us for everything we needed and supporting, encouraging, and helping with everything
Thanks for @gymnastics_academy_noymeeka for cheering and helping us from home
A big thank you for @kachan_school_of_tumbling who helped me and always happy to talk, listen, and help me for the last 2 + years it was an honor to share the competition floor with you and Tim
And last thanks is to my gymnasts (Ido's teammates) back home for cheering us and watching us from home by @aviv_2303

First joint training session for Lev HaSharon and Hof HaCarmel! 💪🔥

For the first time this year, I’m coaching at three different clubs across Israel, and it’s an incredible experience.

Every club has its own unique gymnasts, personalities, and dynamics. And that’s what makes it so special — seeing them all come together through our shared journey, while building values of sportsmanship, kindness, respect, and overcoming challenges.

One of the best parts is watching them push each other through healthy competition, in a positive and supportive environment that helps everyone grow.

Seeing the personal connections they’re building, the friendships forming, and how much they can learn from one another is what makes coaching so rewarding.

2026–2027, HERE WE COME! 🚀💙

Every time I walk into the gym, I’m thinking about what I can change or improve to help my athletes progress.
Sometimes it’s creating a new station or training area, and sometimes it’s simply finding a better way to use what we already have.
There’s always something we can improve. 💪
I would like to hear what your thoughts about this matter🤔 by @aviv_2303
