I've battled depression, mommy/daddy issues, post partum, divorce, stress, weight gain/loss, and losing loved ones. Next to prayer, dancing has been my therapy that got me through it all. I am so grateful to meet people that face the same struggles but leave it all on the dance floor and walk away lighter then they came. This is more then a hobby, for some, this is survival! #linedancing #therapy #mentalhealth #wellness #fypγ‚·γ‚š by @avm0585
It has taken every ounce of strength in me to post this. I'm still in a state of confusion of how we got here. I don't even have the words to describe how I feel and then to watch Paris' pain hurts even more. Journee, we will fight for you. You didn't deserve this at all. Paris and I love you so much and to say you will be missed is an understatement. Rest easy Journee girl and tell grama we love her! #LLJournee #forever15 #justiceforjournee by @avm0585

In 2025 I decided to trade in my pain, misery, and depression for boots and a dance floor. Line dancing was my prescription and I'm never going back. Yea, the old version of me LOOKED happy, but the current version IS happy! I dropped 20 lbs, toxic relationships, and bad habits. You don't have to remain the same person your whole life. It's ok to mature and grow into a better you and it's ok to let go of the people/things that hinder that growth. #lovingme #selflove #weightloss #linedance #therapy by @avm0585
