~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Today’s featured artist @avon_airod ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Some images offer no answers. They simply open a door. Blurriness becomes presence. Light dissolves outlines. The body gradually fades away, giving way to an emotion, a sensation, a memory. A series to be experienced as much as seen. Which image touched you the most? ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ The festival will take place from September 26 to October 4, 2026, at the Villa Aurélienne in Fréjus. _____ We all carry a hidden altar within us. We spend our lives holding our hands closed so it cannot escape, as though some lights were too fragile to be exposed to the world and too sacred to be allowed to die. We protect them even from ourselves. To guard a flame is to carry the weight of knowing it could be extinguished by a single careless moment, and to resist the urge to open our hands. Available as a Hahnemühle Museum Etching print.
