A gathering of sorts

for a client about Movement – a collection exercises; life long practice and an approach to life with games, working out, exercise, training and sports, physical expression of all sources. Along with others, creativity and play; opening up possibilities and range to feel home in the body in many situations. Increase a lifespan ability to move for longer. (With broad interest,) makes you a better mover and a person. Opening up creativity in exercise. But not limiting to one goal or outcome, so it’s inherently explorative.

Client is defining and forming a philosophy into a method; to make it more accessible and make Movement more like a method like crossfit, hyrox, pilates, yoga. Of which yoga has insane depth with a whole culture as background. And hyrox is a spin off and competition built on hype and becoming a sport.

A methodical approach to fun and moving.
⚡️A game happens within a system, there are rules, laws and a time frame. But it’s playful, as there is room for expression.

I think what summarises this well is: If you don’t use it; you lose it. We lose control and comfort in our bodies over the time we work and hard, sit a lot and try to recover from career goals.

⚡️Play. How come playfulness is so associated with adult naughtyness? TANGENT/ not project relevant/ [Has sex replaced; being fun together with physical contact. How come we touch each other so little that; most physical contact is associated with sex; e.g Durex’s tone of voice.]

⚡️How games are mostly done sitting down; or for the mind; is it so that our parents told us to shut up and preferred calm and quiet because they were too tired from long days of work and managing life?

⚡️It bothers me that most playgrounds are only designed for small humans in their first planetary cycles.

⚡️it’s interesting how many people are not playful in nature, even in playgrounds parents just sit there in watch, whilst them joining in the play would increase their joy. It’s just that no one told them they are allowed to.

So it’s just me who can truly see and everything will just be and it’s just me who can flee, this reality.
Being numb and dumb
is most of the essence.
So i can finally be free.

Ad idea. - the glass for sipping, reveals the light, guy cuts through triggering the focus on the text: slokker (= one to take a sip or gulp down) setting the vibe for what the scene is described by ‘coincidental’ text in real life.

good graphix . sour but nice branding . thought it would be budget smart but mostly headache - if you think too much about it - seems i get stuck in my head a lot lately during events. always there but now more noticeable. my introvert is going harder. the tension in wanting to be somewhere w/ the people and friends - but also wanting quiet and to be ‘self (me) time’ - is insane

yes also good graphic. but also like what beast are we honouring here. Seems a representation of the audience of pretty wanting people. mostly attention and validation sharing. i sat and listened - connecting, seeking, seeing, listening, watching, my legs wouldn’t allow me to let go a little - as i look, i felt watched 2 - not trying to fit in too much but also yearning to find something there. but knowing it couldn’t be found. every few steps a possible new pretty friend - like is the attention and all that a darkness we harness to feel special or validation to be part of something - a gathering of superficial sorts (of exes and possible sekces) like minds of this moment - i felt depleted, drained falling asleep once more - not able to let go a little maybe have some of that powder one offers. btw one who didn’t meet the cool standards so who was allowed to let go a little (which i didnt let myself ;) we are all low key outsourcing our ability to love ourselves truly unless validated by other factors. I often get objects or inspiration from discarded objects, (not calling it waste. - no waste man) (i have respect for people dealing with all the waste) - It’s most humbling to be digging through trash and I don’t want to stay long because I think of what others might think haha. But all my works are with trash basically.

Slipping on slippers is out of your control but you GOTTA roll and then stick the landing - a roll only works with head in, like with head out… you won’t be seen again- fogettaboutit - continue adventure without completing the quest - also fine - the outcome of completing or not completing a quest is the same.
