PERFORMANCE NIGHT: WHERE BODIES MEET SOUND feat. AVOPA and many more... Get ready for a night full of rhythm! Bodies become instruments as dance, singing, stomps, and claps take the stage. Celebrate world class body music performances by our international festival artists and many more friends! AVOPA creates music in the moment—a creative process full of magic and spontaneity. The six professional singers from Denmark and Germany (Philip Eick, Mira Siegel, Tjeda Efken, Margrethe Debel, Frieda Funk, Peter Svane, and Niels Jensen) shape their sounds live, guided by a nonverbal sign language known as Vocal Painting. They playfully explore new sounds and bring the creative possibilities of the voice to life.
