Impacting Young Women in the month of March ✨(Women’s History Month)🎉

I was tasked with speaking to Class 7E of the Merl Grove High School for Girls, about the true definition of CONFIDENCE, how to properly and consistently build it‼️. Also to encourage them on their etiquette of being a young lady in this world today💕

It was a wonderful experience, they were such sweet young ladies excited to learn and to eat candy afterwards 😂🤭. Thank you for having me 7E ✨

Hey everyone, it’s Avy 👋🏾

I know this post is a bit different but I wanted to properly introduce something that I am very exciting to share with you!! My passion interest which focuses on the Mental Health and Wellness in teenagers and young adult women. We all in our lifetime have individually experienced or come across someone battling with self conflict as a result of their mental state. I personally have, and with my journey I will love to give a helping hand in leading my fellow sisters forward 🫂.

With my skills in integrated marketing and communication I am on a mission of advocacy.

Jars Of Declarations (@jarsofdeclarations) is my business formed from the determined routine I toke and still take to consistently heal from personal mental adversities. Trust me, I know it’s not easy, I have been there however, one thing I am sure on is that there’s a way out. In this post I am sharing my interest to be apart of the step forward for change within the women of the future ❤️

Join this journey with me, as I share more virtually and physically.

As we enter this fall season 🍁🍂, we witness trees shedding their leaves to conserve energy for new growth. They usually leave a beautiful imagery on the floor that illustrates the perfect brown/warm colour scheme.

Truly, we also go through this process where we have to shed things in our lives, though beautiful. Tree usually go through this process after experiencing harmful environmental exposure from climate change. Therefore after they experience the season of fall and winter they produce better luscious leaves or flowers in spring. This reminds me of the restoration grace of God.

Funny how this system of seasons is consistent. It symbolizes to me how God is always working for our improvement and that we need to be ever evolving people.

I thank God for his restoration process, appreciating the beauty of the shedding of fall, the hibernation/isolation of winter and the renewal of spring. Each season is necessary for He is working on the better me/you. 🤎✨

My scripture for this season 🍁🍂:

1 Peter 5:10 ✨

“In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.”

‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭5‬:‭10‬ ‭NLT‬‬ 🤎🍂🍁🤎🙌🏾
