First Aquathlon experience (recap video)

Still can’t believe I did that. Now I can say… I did it!

Really a humbling experience. But truly happy with my overall performance, despite it being my first time. What made it more enjoyable for me was getting to see friends, being supported by good people and getting to cheer for others too!

See you all in the next!

Thanks @runningseannahswift @famxtan and @neoawesomeness for the vids and photos

Feet may be tired but my soul wasn’t, all thanks to my team of referees and neighboring zones. 🫶🏻✨

Got extra excited to see the racers in action too! Game face always on! 💪🏽

Congratulations to all the finishers and podium winners! You were all amazing and you’ve all earned your mark. 🎯

With DEKA Fit around the corner, we’ve partnered up with @crazystrong.ocr @saf.ocr @bgy.byg @__sibs_ and @enderuncrossfit in holding another Intro to DEKA session, paired with a semi-full simulation.

I joked previously that I might be a disliked judge with the amount of “no reps” I may give to incorrect forms and execution, but this experience reminded me that I’m still an athlete’s supporter (I’ll count your reps, cheer you on and maybe dance here and there). ✨

Thank you Coach @caiabbass for the invite and letting me be a part of this. 🫶🏻 It was my first time at Enderun Crossfit too, and I now have another gym to visit and train at.

Great job to all the athletes who pushed and finished their waves and for quickly adjusting to minor changes due to the rain (shout out to Coach Jason and team for being so quick with the back up plans!)

Excited for the next session! 🔥 by @avythegreat

Walking to the sun, running in the rain and partying indoors, highly caffeinated ⚡️✨💃🏼🏃🏽‍♀️

Got to try on the @nike Pegasus 42 and it gave the right amount of support and firmness as we ran through the streets of BGC. Perfect as a daily trainer! 🙌🏽

After the 3km-turned-2.2km, carbo loaded and got caffeinated c/o @stali_ph (love their coffee and pastries 🤤) then all the cool booths and goodies! 😍

Most fun part was the highly caffeinated coffee after party, with music c/o DJ @eva_smalls 🎶 the party was electric!

Overall, loved the entire experience! Met a lot of cool and inspiring women in sports! 🫶🏻 massive thanks to @hyvesportsph and @womensfitnessasia ! @zaloraph definitely got me running! 🏃🏽‍♀️

Loved every minute. Loved every beat.

Til the next Music Run! 🏃🏽‍♀️ 💃🏼✨

Coffee Plz 2026 | Ayala Malls Circuit

A caffeinated adventure. Explored a variety of coffee beans with different profiles, notes and processes, from India, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and a few locals.

Of course, made sure to stop by at Coffee Culture Roastery’s first ever Manila display. Happy to see you in the Manila scene! Davao next? 👀

How many did I try? 8.. cups.. per.. day. And since it’s all filter brewed, I still did get to sleep at night. 😌

Enjoyed each cup and just amazed to see people who are passionate about coffee and know their beans.

Looking forward to the next!
