Just a small recap of the majority of our team @unit_strength . It’s been a fun and interesting ride to say the least. We’ve accomplished a lot from 1st place, best lifters, elite lifters, and record breakers. We all work hard and I wanna thank everyone who believes in us and what we do. This weekend was insane! But I couldn’t be more proud of my hubby @jimenez__gerardo & @unit_strength we try our best to make it more than just a team. At times we fear we don’t do right by everyone. But just know you guys have my whole heart. I started this and didn’t know where we would go but to see how big our team is blows my mind! Thank you for trusting us, for showing up Day in and day out and really just allowing us to do what we love. Im missing pics of the majority of the team but I hope to get those soon! But Unit Strength is officially 1 yr old and woah what a roller coaster! It’s not easy but so fulfilling. We have a full roster of amazing strong people. Coach Gerry competed at the Iron Monger meet 9/11/22 where he earned his International Elite Total of 1846 and a DOTS of 515. He won 1st in his weight class and Best Lifter. He hopes to set the example for his team and lead them to be one day better than him. #UnitStrength #fam #uspa by @aw_ree24

🥹🫶🏼 I finally hit 200lb bench! 7 months postpartum!!! Some work on bouncing back and dropping the weight. I had to embrace my new body and decided I wanted to work on being stronger first. Thank you to my hubby/coach @jimenez__gerardo for being there to reassure me every time I

💜Accountability/Vulnerability post💜 I am now 3 months postpartum and I’ve been struggling a lot. To eat right, to be consistent, sometimes even to be happy. I had very bad postpartum depression and it was hard. I had to learn that asking for help is not a sign of weakness. I have to thank @mamisirena @atdeeedge @normajean_97 and of course my love @jimenez__gerardo they got me through it. I’m ok now… but now im struggling with body image. I get constantly reminded by @mamisirena that I have to patient with myself.. and thankful to body for my daughter bc it went through a traumatic birth. I’m learning to do all that. I have to show my daughter that it’s ok to fall but we must get up and keep pushing. I will not teach her to give up. I must be a good example. She is my drive and motivation. So I will get up and go to the gym even on days I feel like shit! I will be patient with my body and love myself every step of the way #builttothrive #postpartumbody #fuerteaf 💜#VivisMom by @aw_ree24
